Sorry to keep you hanging for my Vblog with our Tokyo adventures, but as the wedding approaches the craziness is quickly filling my days.

Tokyo is one of the cities that has a perfect balance between the urban bustle and the peace and calm spots that make you feel in a hidden place far far away.

Tokio es una de las ciudades con un gran balance entre el bullicio urbano y la paz y calma de lugares que te hacen sentir que estas en un espacio secreto lejos de ahí.

As I said in my earlier post, Ginza is one of the most luxurious shopping districts along with Omotesando Hills and Shibuya. But to see and get the famous Tokyo street style just walk through the crazy Harajuku street. You’ll find feminine and original choices and if you need any inspiration just keep alert of the creative proposals some of the girls are wearing.

Como les mencioné en mi post anterior, Ginza es uno de los distritos para hacer shopping de lujo junto con Omotesando y Shibuya. Pero si quieres ver el famoso street style de Tokio camina por la calle de Harajuku donde encontrarás opciones femeninas y originales. Si te hace falta inspiración mantente alerta de las propuestas super creativas que varias chicas están usando.

正如我在之前的文章说， Ginza是一个奢饰品购物区，与Omotesando Hills和Shibuya相对。

但要看到有名的东京风情街，就要走在疯狂的Harajuku 街头。你会发现女性化或简单化的选择，如果你需要找灵感就看看街边一些女孩的衣着。

 

 

Eat

Tokyo definitely is a city with tons of culinary options. From a nice restaurant to the small treats you can try in any supermarket or in the street. Here are some of my favorites:

• Ramen. Be ready for a huge plate of delicious noodles and soup. You can find many good options in Shibuya.
• Yakitori. A sweet and sour skewer prepared at the moment accompanied by side dishes like cabbage and Japanese radish.  (here is the place we tried: ginza.torishige.co.jp)
• Onigiri. A steamed rice triangle with stuffed salmon, shrimp, etc. A common snack for any day, and you can find it in any convenience store.
• Takoyaki. We discovered this deli dish while walking through Takeshita street.

Comer 

Tokio definitivamente es una ciudad con muchas opciones culinarias. Desde los mejores restaurantes hasta bocadillos que puedes encontrar en cualquier super. Estos son algunos de mis favoritos:

• Ramen. Prepárense para un plato enorme de pasta y sopa.  Pueden encontrar varios restaurantes en toda la zona de Shibuya.
• Yakitori.  Brochetas agridulces que se preparan al momento acompañadas de guarniciones como calabaza y rábano Japonés. (nosotros fuimos a este lugar y estaba delicioso ginza.torishige.co.jp)
• Onigiri. Un triángulo de arroz al vapor relleno de salmón, camarones, etc. Es un snack muy común y lo pueden  encontrar en cualquier tienda de conveniencia.
• Takoyaki. Descubrimos este platillo deli mientras caminábamos por la calle Takeshita.

东京绝对是一个拥有大量小吃的城市。从一家不错的餐馆到小吃街，你可以在任何超市或街道上尝试小吃。这里有一些我的最爱：

-拉面。一大碗美味的汤面。你可以在Shibuya找到很多不错的选择。

-串烧。酸甜串串佐以小菜，例如白菜和日本萝卜。（我们尝试了这家：ginza.torishige.co.jp）

-饭团。一个清蒸饭团，里面塞满了鲑鱼、虾等原料，你可以在任何便利店中找到。

-章鱼烧。我们走在 Takeshita发现这个小吃。

 

Play

Shibuya famous cross is totally worth the visit. I still can’t understand how so many people can cross the streets at the same time and then leave them empty just in the second the light goes green. Seems like an orchestrated movie play!

By now you must be tired of my Cherry blossom obsession but I had to mention it! I didn’t expect to see any, due to the dates we were traveling, lucky for me I watched the first ones and it’s mesmerizing. I can imagine how beautiful the city must look once it’s in full bloom. So if you don’t want to miss it check the official calendar by city since it changes every year.

Finally give yourself the chance to walk through the parks to witness the daily life: picnics, all kinds of arts and the typical green spots that characterize Japan.

Jugar

El famoso cruce de Shibuya es una visita obligada. Sigo sin entender como tanta gente puede cruzar la calle al mismo tiempo y dejarla libre justo en el momento en que el semáforo cambia a verde. Parece una escena de película perfectamente calculada!

Yo sé que ya han de estar cansados de mi obsesión por los árboles de cerezo, pero cómo no mencionarlos! Honestamente por las fechas en las que viajamos pensé que no vería ninguno, pero por suerte para mí, me tocó ver los primeros! Imaginen lo hermosa que se ve la ciudad cuando está en su punto máximo! Si no se lo quieren perder, chequen el calendario oficial por ciudad porque la temporada cambia cada año.

Finalmente, dense la oportunidad de caminar por los parques que hay en la ciudad para ser testigos de la vida diaria: picnics, todo tipo de arte y la vegetación que caracteriza a Japón no los defraudará.

Shibuya著名的十字路口完全值得拜访。我仍然不明白为什么这么多人可以在同一时间穿过街道，并在指示灯变绿的同时留下空荡荡的街道。像是一部精心策划的电影！

你一定厌倦了我对樱花的痴迷，但我不得不提到它！我没盼望看到任何樱花，因为我们旅行的日期不对，但我很幸运，看到了它第一轮的盛开。所以，如果你不想错过它，查城市樱花开放的官方日历，因为它每年变化。

最后给自己一个机会，穿过公园，看看东京人日常生活：野餐，有日本特色的各种艺术景点。
