Summer Flares – Queretaro trip

I love attending weddings outside Mexico City. It is a great opportunity to travel around and find new beautiful spots. In this occasion, we visited Hacienda Castillo in Queretaro which is a colonial construction from the 1620s. It is so beautiful, you can feel how each corner has a story to share.

Querétaro is nearly 2 hours away from Mexico City, making it a perfect weekend getaway. You can make a stop to visit a vineyard or a cheese factory, have a delicious barbacoa (lamb meat dish) or stay at one of the “Haciendas” that have been adapted as a hotel.

On Saturday we dedicated our time to enjoy the wedding (you know Mexican weddings are THE PARTY). On Sunday we started our day early and took these photos taking advantage of the beautiful sunrise, wearing a romantic flare top that contrasts  with the vivid colors of the place. We then headed downtown where we got breakfast and took a small walk before going back home.

Me encanta ir a bodas fuera de la ciudad. Es una gran oportunidad para viajar y conocer nuevos lugares. En esta ocasión, fuimos a la Hacienda Castillo en Querétaro, una construcción colonial de 1620, tan linda que puedes sentir como cada rincón tiene una historia que contar.

Querétaro está a 2 horas de la Ciudad de México, haciéndolo un destino ideal para viajar durante el fin de semana. Pueden hacer una parada en el camino para visitar los viñedos, las fábricas de quesos, disfrutar de una barbacoa ó quedarte en alguna de las Haciendas que se convirtieron en hotel.

Dedicamos el sábado para disfrutar de la boda (ya saben que las bodas mexicanas son LA fiesta). El domingo, despertamos temprano y aprovechamos para tomar estas fotos con los primero rayos del día. Un outfit romántico que contrasta con los colores vivos del lugar. Partimos al centro de Querétaro para desayunar y dar una caminata por las calles antes de regresar a casa.

我喜欢在墨西哥城外参加婚礼。很容易在旅游中发现新的美丽景点。这一次我们去了在Queretaro的Hacienda Castillo。从1620就是一个殖民地建筑 -你可以感受到它的每一个角落都有一个故事分享。

Querétaro离墨西哥城约2小时，是一个完美的周末圣地。你可以参观葡萄园或奶酪厂，有美味的barbacoa（羊肉）或呆在一个已经成为酒店的大庄园里。
我们经常星期六举行婚礼（墨西哥婚礼最重要的是派对）

星期日，我们很早就醒来，在美丽的日出和对比色下拍摄这些照片，然后到市中心去吃早饭，最后在回家前散散步。
