En realidad ya no tienes que escoger, solo asegurarte de que cuando encuentres el par de tus sueños te lo pruebes antes y que estés consciente que por el calor tu pies se pueden hinchar hasta medio número más

Les comparto que trato de separar un par de sandalias que uso para la playa y la alberca con las que uso para todo lo demás, porque la arena y el cloro las maltratan mucho y les quitan el color.

Otro tip que les doy es que eviten usar zapato cerrado en lugares con demasiado calor para que sus pies respiren y los zapatos no se queden con bacterias producidas por el sudor.

Cómo podrán ver abajo hay opciones como plataformas, otras con un poco de tacón y otras con detalles que le dan un cambio a las tradicionales flip flops…eso sí no olviden tener sus pies y uñas impecables

You really don’t have to choose anymore. Just make sure that when you find those dream pair of sandals you try them first and be conscious that in hot places your feet can expand up to half number more!

Here some other tips that have worked for me. I always separate a pair of sandals exclusively for the beach and the pool. That way you extend the life of all your other sandals because water, pool chlorine, sun, and sand start spoiling them and taking out their original colors.

Another tip is to avoid using closed shoes when you are in hot places. This way your feet can breathe and your shoes won’t keep bacteria from sweat that can produce bad smell.

As you can see below there are various options that can include platform, a small heel or that give a twist to the famous flip flops… just don’t forget to have your nails and feet in perfect conditions

其实，选鞋子的时候，这两个因素并不一定非此即彼。当你看到心仪的凉鞋时，一定记住要先上脚试试，并保证脚后跟能塞下一个指头的距离。

我经常额外准备两双凉鞋，一双去沙滩穿，一双去游泳池。这样，你可以延长其他凉鞋的使用时间。因为水，泳池消毒液，阳光和沙子会让鞋子掉色。

另外一个小建议是在天气热的时候选择露趾的鞋子。这样你的脚可以透气，还可以防止脚气。

图中是一些可供参考的选择，比如防水台，小高跟，等等，都是在夏日能让人眼前一亮的装扮。记住定期护理脚部和指甲。
