Me fascinan los lugares que además de cuidar que el menú y el servicio sean excelentes, ponen mucha atención al concepto y al diseño interior. Gran Central crea un ambiente agradable y exclusivo, con espacios amplios, mucha luz y árboles en el interior. Un lugar pensado para dedicarle un buen tiempo a la sobremesa . Las empanadas, la ensalada con manzana y nuez y el helado de chocolate son algunas de mis recomendaciones.

I love places that besides taking care of providing an excellent menu and service, they also put a lot of attention to the overall concept and decor. Gran Central creates a nice and exclusive ambiance, with large spaces, a lot of light and trees in the interior. A restaurant that invites you to stay longer than just lunch time. Patties (empanadas) apple and nut salad and chocolate ice cream are some of my recommendations.

我对于一家餐厅的评判标准除了菜品和服务外，还包含餐厅整体概念和装潢。大型购物中心通过灯光和植物等室内装修，合理运用空间，营造独家高大上的气氛。处于这样的购物中心的餐厅，会让你结束用餐后仍不舍得离去。我个人比较钟爱苹果馅饼，坚果沙拉和巧克力冰激凌。
LA LEGENDARIA
Un must para los amantes de la cerveza. La Legendaria es una microcervecería de estilo industrial que produce cervezas artesanales. De hecho, cuentan con un recorrido para ver el proceso de elaboración de la cerveza. Puedes pedir el sample que incluye 5 cervezas artesanales nombradas a raíz de algún evento histórico en México y acompañarlo con varios platillos – pizzas, patatas, calamares,etc) Perfecto para grupos grandes.

A must for beer lovers. La Legendaria is an industrial style brewpub that produces craft beers. In fact, they offer a tour to see the beer’s elaboration process. You can order the 5 craft beer sample, each one named after a Mexican historic event. Add delicious dishes -pizza, fries, squids, etc- and some friends and you will need nothing else since this place is perfect for big groups.

啤酒爱好者一定不能错过La Legendaria。它的装潢创意来源于啤酒工厂。事实上，它演绎了啤酒的加工过程。店内有5种手工啤酒。每种分别以一个墨西哥历史事件命名。三两好友成群，点几个美味的菜肴：披萨，薯条，鱿鱼等等，一天就别无所求了。
CIELO TINTO
Si te encuentras recorriendo el centro de San Luis Potosí, este restaurante es una excelente opción para incluirlo en el itinerario. Se encuentra a sólo 10 min. caminando del centro. Cielo Tinto se ubica en una casona que cuenta con varios salones y un patio central con techo plegable. Un menú de cocina mexicana que exalta los sabores regionales. Lo que más me gustó: la música en vivo, la cerveza local – Wasumara – y las enchiladas potosinas.

If you find yourself wandering around SLP downtown, this restaurant is an excellent choice to include on your itinerary. It’s only 10 min away and it’s located in an antique house that includes different salons and a central patio with a foldable roof. A Mexican menú that elevate regional flavors. What I liked most: Live music, local craft beer – Wasumara- and the enchiladaspotosinas.

如果你恰好在SLP镇中心，不妨尝试一下这家店。花仅仅10分钟的路程，你可以观光店内复古的装潢：不同种类的沙龙以及带折叠屋顶的天台。墨西哥式的菜单还带有积分宗教意味。然而我最喜欢的还是它轻快的音乐，当地手工啤酒Wasumara，以及各具特色的墨西哥菜肴。
