Durante esta cuarentena las que mas han sufrido son mis manos. Amo tenerlas bien arregladas con algún diseño con gelish porque me dura mucho más que el esmalte tradicional. Ahora sin salir he tenido mis manos “naked” varios meses, así que me puse a revisar todo lo que tengo en casa y ver que diseños de uñas están de moda para el resto del 2020.

During this quarantine, the ones that have suffered the most are my hands, especially my nails. I love to have them well-groomed with a gelish design because it lasts much longer than traditional nail polish. Now without going anywhere, I have had my hands “naked” for several months, so I started to check everything I have at home, and which nail designs are in for the rest of 2020.

FRENCH MANI WITH A TWIST
El manicure french es un clásico pero se renueva agregándole color y haciendo la línea más agresiva. Puedes llevarlo al extramo escogiendo negro o metálico y también jugando con el grosor de las líneas
French manicure is a classic one but this year it has modern takes with different color tips and more aggressive lines. Take it to the extreme by wearing it in black or silver nail polish. You can also play with the thickness of the tip for a more subtle effect.
ARTSY DESIGNS
Lo cool de esta tendencia es que, como el arte, es tu forma de expresarte, no hay reglas. Puede ser tan colorido o neutro como tú quieras. Sólo pon un poco del esmalte que quieres usar en un pedazo de papel aluminio y con un palito de narajo o un alfiler toma un poco y ve creando las lineas. Solo espera a que se seque bien antes de cambiar de color para que no se revuelvan.
Like art, this is a way to express yourself, so no rules apply. You can make it as colorful or neutral as you like. Put some of your nail polish in a piece of aluminum foil and with a wood stick or a pin start creating lines. Just wait till it is completely dry to apply the next color and avoid spoiling your art.
GEOMETRIC DESIGN
Lo más fácil es hacerlo con ayuda de stickers o sellos. Si el diseño se te hace muy recargado úsalo solo en un par de uñas y deja colores lisos en el resto.
The easiest way for making this trend is with stickers or stamps. If you like it but think it is too much attention for your hands, then just try it in two nails and leave the rest with one color.
BLACK & WHITE
Blanco y negro son un combo super versátil porque queda con todo y siempre se ve elegante. Para otoño invierno deja que el negro sea el protagonista y detalla con blanco. Si quieres algo más relajado agrégale puntos. Por el otro lado si quieres algo muy minimalista puedes hacer líneas delgadas.
Black & white are a great combo, versatile, and always chick. For autumn-winter let black be the main character and use white for the rest of the decor. If you want a casual look add dots, but if you prefer a minimalist result use fine lines.
ELEGANT DOTS
El más fácil de todos. Puedes jugar con esmaltes de diferentes tonos o metálicos. Los puntos hazlos en un color contrastante. Los puedes crear en diferentes lugares y con varios grosores. Puedes usar un cotonete, la cabeza de un alfiler o un pasador.
The easiest design of all. Choose the same base color or play with different polish colors on each finger. Add dots in a contrasting shade and place them in different spots or play with size. For this, you can use a cotton swab, the head of a pin, or a bobby pin.
MATTE & BRIGHT
La mezcla de ambos esmaltes en tonos neutros crea un look muy elegante y moderno. Aplica primero la base mate y ya seco aplica encima el esmalte con brillo. Para lograr el efecto mate en el mismo tono existen barnices que aplicas encima y automáticamente crea ese efecto.
The mix between both polishes, matte and bright in neutral tones create an elegant and modern look. Apply first a matte base and once dry apply the bright polish on top. To achieve the matte effect you can get a polish that once applied to the bright color creates that effect after a couple of minutes.

Me encantan todos los diseños son súper buenas recomendaciones aunque creo que para hacerlos yo sola el que me sería más práctico es el liso con puntos!! Le dan un súper cambio con un detalle fan pequeño, se ve que es fácil, sencillo y elegante!!! Excelentes ideas!!!

Wowww no se me hubiera ocurrido todos esos diseños, pero creo que lograría el de Artsy desings pues no se requiere de un trazo delicado o específico y lo que haga se va ver bien o el geométrico muy a mi manera Jejejeje gracias por animarnos a seguir cuidándo esos detalles a pesar de la cuarentena
